I'll never forget hearing the Pork Soda album for the first time, fortunately through an audiophile hifi worth many thousands of pounds. That was a game changer. I remember when I first heard Fizzle Fry I was late for work because I just couldn’t stop listening. Tbh it was the drumming that fascinated me the most. It took me a while to ‘interpret’ Claypools playing and found lots I liked about his approach in time.
