lemmywinks Posted January 30, 2010 Posted January 30, 2010 If he doesn't want any less than £450 then surely putting the BIN at £325 isn't the best idea? Looks quite nice though, good deal Quote
jakenewmanbass Posted January 30, 2010 Posted January 30, 2010 I'm trying and failing to see what that has to do with Little Britain. Someone switch the light of for me would you... Quote
lemmywinks Posted January 30, 2010 Posted January 30, 2010 I thought it was a reference to the description, which contained no punctuation and sounded like Vicky Pollard's constant talking without a gap? Quote

steve-soar Posted January 30, 2010 Author Posted January 30, 2010 In the Little Britain Dennis Waterman sketches, they use ridiculously large props so as to make him look small, this bass reminds me of such a prop due to the size of the neck, headstock and general clumsy looking nature of it. Quote
skankdelvar Posted January 30, 2010 Posted January 30, 2010 (edited) So, basically, Dennis Waterman is selling his bass because it's too big for him? But he couldn't be bothered to write the ad so someone called Vicki did it for him? I thought his daughter's name was Hannah. I had a boiled egg for tea yesterday. Must go, someone at the door. steve-soar Posted January 30, 2010 Author Posted January 30, 2010 Mr S, don't bother going to look, it's only me in my slightly damp and therefore see through, white parachute suit. Quote
