BassJase
The few times I've felt tlike that I just put the bass away and forget about it for a few days. Get your bum out and watch a few good bands (not just weekend-warrior covers bands) and actually be inspired as a music lover and not just as a musician. Or maybe go to a local jam night, playing stuff thats not neccessarily difficult but you've never played/heard before can really keep you sharp, baptism of fire to keep you on your toes. Hope this helps mate, I know how challenging putting up with bands can be sometimes.
