I've actually watched it now - I really found it quite informative! Nothing I didn't really know before, as I love metric modulations and such (especially since I play with a drummer who does that kind of thing [i]a lot[/i]), but I'll try some of that stuff out later.

Never used one myself. Always thought a metronome was a Parisian dwarf that travelled by underground rail.
