mike 110 Posted February 2, 2010 Posted February 2, 2010 hi everybody , i have a fender mustang reissue and a gibson sg reissue and i would like to replace both sets of strings . i'd like a warm with a hint of growl type sound ! is such a sound possible ? or will i have to have warm on one and growl on the other ? i know the pick ups dictate sound to an extent and both will sound different anyway . so , i would be grateful for any advice or recommendations forthcoming , thanks in advance .
