Supporting the Blockheads

The covers band I have played in for decades occassionally get a decent support through some of the venues we have played in over the years. For the 2nd time in the last few years we will get the chance to support The Blockheads at The Robin 2 Bilston, Wolverhampton on Thursday 8th April.

Last time they were fabulous on stage and off it. Friendly and good fun. Norm was a gent and shared a few beers with us before and after the gig.

If any BCers are about come and say hello.

We need a jealous emoticon! Nice one Mr Fudge, I know people who have met NWR and they attest to his friendliness, he also apparently has a great memory for faces.

My band did this just before xmas, NWR was indeed a gent, had a good chat with him before the gig and watched him jam with the drummer before sound check, great player!
