Beedster Posted February 7, 2010 Posted February 7, 2010 What it says above really? Really need to know where the leads from the PUPs attach to the circuit board Cheers Chris Quote
Hamster Posted February 7, 2010 Posted February 7, 2010 Couldn't find a diagram for that specific bass, but one of these should be almost identical depending on which circuit board was used in yours: http://www.fender.com/support/diagrams/pdf...0136860APg2.pdf http://www.fender.com/support/diagrams/pdf...0136800BPg2.pdf Quote

It's the preamp with the pots on the board, much like the J-Retro. I have one black lead going onto it, so I assume that's the PUP, however, I can't see an obvious point where the other PUP lead would attach, so I'm assuming it goes straight to earth? Need to clarify before sparks fly! C Quote

If I turn it up it creates what sounds like feedback (high pitched squealing). Would you be able to forward me a copy of the circuit? Thanks, Tim Quote
