The top banana that is Gary (a credit to his family, the wider community and indeed the UK as a whole) splashed out a considerable some of his hard-earned on some Schaller strap lock items.  I am relieved to say that he found them to be of merchantable quality and was patient with me during the whole postal strike debacle causing the delivery time from me posting them to the envelope landing on his mat to be in excess of a typical Covid isolation period.

 

The man is a saint (even though he won't give me one of his Spectors of which he has far too many for one peep).

I posted a wanted ad for some Schaller Straplocks parts. Gary, @cetera, responded super quickly and it turns out he needed some buttons, that I had and I was after the strap part so we did a trade.

When they arrived there were more than expected. Gary is an absolute gent and refused some cash for the extra parts.
