Moos3h Posted February 14, 2010 Posted February 14, 2010 Hi all, Got one of these, purchased as I had a failure of my main head and I needed something reliable. I don't really need this, so would like to move it on. It's in excellent nick, full working order and about 10 months warranty, if not more. 300wrms into 4 ohms, and nice and small and light! It has that famous GK sound in spades (think punchy growl and you're spot on). £200 posted or £180 collected from herts. Cheers, James
CreetzeCarter Posted February 15, 2010 Posted February 15, 2010 Hi James I might be interested in the head. I bought the Hartke cab from you a few months back (if you remember) I've got an Ashdown Electric Blue 180 which is only 180 Watts into 4 ohms and I need something with a bit more power. The Hartke cab is great, by the way. Cheers Mark
Moos3h Posted February 15, 2010 Author Posted February 15, 2010 Hi mate, Sure thing, do you still have my number? Going into a meeting now, but call me later if you still have it, if not send me a PM. Cheers! James
Bass-ic Posted February 17, 2010 Posted February 17, 2010
How many watts is this @ 8 ohms?
I think it's about 180W. If I remember rightly there is some info on the GK website.
Moos3h Posted February 17, 2010 Author Posted February 17, 2010 Yep, about 180w into 8 ohms. If it means anything at all, using this with an Ashdown Mag 2x10", the majority of our gigs, this has been on about half way on the master and plenty loud. Add in another cabinet and I back it down to about 1/3rd of the master volume. It certainly doesn't want for ooomph Cheers, James
Moos3h Posted February 18, 2010 Author Posted February 18, 2010 Back to the top and heading to ebay tonight!
