(the tech problem, not MrsT's memory) I keep going to browse to the top level at the top left and the damn link's in the middle!
MythSte
What browser are you using and how long has it been happening? (Disclaimer, None of that information is going to help you or me in the slightest, but its what people tend to ask when these things happen...) cheddatom
I'm using FF 3.5.7 and it's been happening since Monday morning (I only come on at work).
Sibob
Have you tried replacing the battery? Si
cheddatom
I turned off the fire fox, took out the battery, left it for 60 seconds, then replaced the battery and re-booted the fire fox. It's still doing it. I also tried with the big blue e and that does the same.

cheddatom
What's the number for basschat tech support?
ThomBassmonkey
Try emptying your cache (I can't find the clear cache option in the new FF, but if you go to tools->options->privacy->settings you can set it so that it clears your cache every time you shut down FF, then just reboot FF and if you want, turn that option off). That could help.
cheddatom
Nope. I should have included that in my "list of things the tech support operative MAKES you do". Can you please un plug the power plug, and leave it un-plugged for 60 seconds sir I've already re-set it! Since I asked you to? No! Well I need you to un-plug it for 60 seconds now sir. WHY!?!?!? WHY!?!?!?!
cheddatom
Allright, fine. Take my bass chat support ticket and shove it up your bin. I've got used to where the links are now.
josh3184
does it work if you press ctrl+F5? Reloads the page from server so similar to ThomBass's idea but a mite simpler

Now am still not 100% but I took the stuff apart several times and never saw anything that could be called a switch.
cheddatom
Just in case anyone's actually interested, i've done a screen shot of the page. The titles are to the right of the ads, rather than being below and to the left. No amount of cache clearing, uninstalling and reinstalling, re-booting, downgrading, upgrading, getting the latest bullshit off the manufacturers, leaving the computer off for 60 thousand infinity hours, or kicking has fixed it.
