s_u_y_* Posted November 1, 2007 Posted November 1, 2007 You could try local voluntary organisations. They may be happy to take this off your hands.
skywalker Posted November 4, 2007 Posted November 4, 2007 I have a 19" and a 21" cluttering up the cupboard - just a shame to throw em in the skip.
jhk Posted November 5, 2007 Author Posted November 5, 2007 Looking at other people`s ads tells me you are all trying to do the right thing ..................... I still find it hard to believe you can`t give them away ,even with the possibility of delivery! I think I`m wandering dangerously close to `grumpy old man` territory ............
The_D Posted November 5, 2007 Posted November 5, 2007 My old man has agreed to take my one off me! Woo hoo. Just means he is gonna have a 17" one lying around now. Ah well not my problem huh
SJA Posted November 7, 2007 Posted November 7, 2007 get Simon Quinlank round- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a1xjcyyuDM0 I'll have to chuck my 15'" monitor soon. the local council tip takes old computer stuff for recycling, but I'm unsure whether it will be of any use now- it'll probably have to go in with general waste.
