bobbass4k
Nobel clone from c2c mostly built just waiting for a step bit so I can drill the 22mm hole for the XLR and mount the DI daughterboard. The regular output is better than I thought it would be but still way too transparent to be worth what the original costs... Others who've built it have said the magic is in the DI (it does use a £70 transformer after all) so I'm prepared to be convinced.

I happened across this circuit board which appears to be just the ticket -- jack input/outputs to 'Input' and 'Output', send and return to 'B_In' and B_Out', and a momentary footswitch attaches to, errm, 'Switch', and that appears to be it. Oh, and a 9v supply. On paper, it appears to be the ticket. I wish it was available as just a PCB, as all bits are easy enough to source and I like soldering . Anyway, I've ordered one to give it a whirl and will report back. The programmable helicopter arrived and I've put it the new version of the Loopy de Loop box (as I'm now calling it ) and can report that it works really well. Strangely, the first switching after it's initially powered up does click, but then the subsequent ones are silent. And because it's a momentary SPDT switch, it's really soft touch. I'm half tempted to try to squeeze one of these into all my true bypass 3PDT switch pedals. Edited February 14 by Rich

I've got a load of similar but are slimmer to fit about the width of the switch - I think latching or non latching relays have quite an effect on power consumption? Stub Mandrel
Not my first electronic kit, but first pedal mod, done for my brother. This kit adds gain control (the original design reduces volume) and a shape control to this Joyo trem pedal. Main challenge was cleaning out the pcb vias with a solder sucker.

I imagine they would, but I don't run it from a PP3 so it's all good The pic probably makes the board look a lot bigger than it is; in reality it's about 32 x 22mm. Musikding's 'Nope' switch board is roughly the same size.
LukeFRC
So now I’ve got the subscription I can ask this here… I made a pcb up for my clone of a ss/bs mini - it sounds amazing and can go from low gain barbershop style od to fill on fuzz. Went together ok, not pro level pcb, two traces missed and my resistors were slightly bigger than the footprint I used. where I ended up - I have 9 spare pcb - one is going to a mate - so I’ve made an instruction document … so should I … 1) chuck the pcb 2) sell them on here - I was thinking “buy me the equivalent of a beer”. 3) I’ve had one person tentatively ask for a made up one - so make a small run and sell ? 4) something else ? the missed traces 🤦🏻♂️ I used a fuzz dog 3pdt pcb and two of their “fet pets” for the smd jfets 1590b - of course! SamIAm
Don't chuck them. There are a number of tech heads here on BC to give them a try. Sam x

bobbass4k
Yeah I'll have one if you sell them, it's been on my stripboard build list for ages
rmorris
I'm interested in a couple of PCBs. Although just one is fine if demand outstrips supply as not wanting to be 'greedy'. Will DM to ask price and postage if you decide to sell the spare bare pcbs.

LukeFRC
so I figured it was best for the forum selling rules to start a proper post... So @SamIAm, @tauzero, @rmorris, @bobbass4k I have made a warts and all build doc which is linked in the post to try and put you all off...

Passinwind
This one's not meant for bass, it's for my banjo/dobro hybrid instrument. But I have a spinoff version in mind for a fretless that I 've been threatening to add a piezo pickup to ever since it was built. The purple knob is key, it blends in the resonator mounted piezo element and adds a reverb/chorus sort of vibe to the proceedings. Top row handles the magnetic pickup EQ, bottom row is mix section plus resonant LPF for the piezo pickup, which amounts mostly to "anti-quack."
Wilson_51_
Made a few pedals recently for my band (Erronaut) Two are to be sold as band merch. One is a green Russian big muff clone and the other is based on a blend of a muff and a cloven hoof, a bit of a play with the values and components to try and find a middle ground. the third one I made for my own board. It’s a Dunwich designed CTG (Cisneros tone generator) a combination of a clean blend, ds-1 and dod-250. I added in a footswitch to toggle the DS-1. this is quite a space savour as I usually have a a blender, ds-1 and dod on my board. drilling and uv printing done by tayda Edited March 14 by Wilson_51_
