how do i get a picture on like everyone

ive been trying to put a picture up on my profile but i dont
know what im doing wrong just want the pictures and statement
thing that comes up on the left hand side of everyones profile thing

no, the bits underneath you can't get until you have a certain post count. i don't know how many you need though.
