No mirth to be detected - for once it is intended to be a serious and hopefully useful suggestion, you old fart 2 Quote

NoRhino Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago Played with the blues band in a tiny pub in Lanark. Didn't take many people to fill it so an enthusiastic audience of thirty created a great atmosphere. One downside was the access to the toilets door being immediately behind us. Two songs before the end of the first set I was aware of a most unpleasant honk emanating from said direction. Thankfully the air had cleared by the start of set 2. Man alive, it was grim for a while. 2 Quote

MacDaddy Posted 9 minutes ago Posted 9 minutes ago (edited) Yesterday The Royal Blues, at The Royal George, Soho, that London. It was an open mic night, the promoter actually said we're too good for that kind of thing now, but he gave the band our first gig so we didn't mind. It filled up considerably when we were on, then was noticeably less full for the House band who finished the night off. We had a new backing vocalist. Myself and the drummer hadn't met her prior to the gig, but she nailed her parts. Gear: Korg clip on tuner ➡️ Ibanez UB804 ➡️ TC Electronics BG250 What a difference it makes being able to hear yourself 😆 Footwear: Mfre Bordo Suede Brothel Creepers.
