Hi there,
just in case there is someone out there who likes to own a BB3000 (not MA) - Yamaha sent a few of these cult basses to Europe (40 in Germany) They started at 1800,- Euros but now Musik Schmidt is selling them for 1099,- Euros. Available in black metallic and wine red. I did it! :-) I wanted a BB3000 for many years. What a great bass!

hmmmm, very nice.....

puzzled:-
....do they have a thick neck?....I'm no expert but I thought they would be more a slim J type neck....I haven't come across any Yamaha with a thicker P bass type neck?

Very cool bass. Very exclusive. And half the price of the new BB2024x models. Does it make you want to stick a plectrum to your head and sing outrageous high harmonies? 
