Are there any fret dots on this model for reference points?
I don't mean the block inlays, i mean the fret dots on the side/top of the fingerboard.
Just worried if there arn't that i may get lost on the neck.

I don't think I've ever encountered a fretted bass without them, so I say... probably.

99% sure they are on mine.

Cheers guys, just i am on the verge of buying one tonight.
Also how much thinner is the neck compared to a standard jazz, i am hoping it's about the same.

Never used a std jazz but the Geddy neck is by far the thinnest neck on the basses I have used and is a dream to play.

Buy it, you won't regret it and if you do there are loads of people who will buy it from you

Yes, just i play a p bass at the moment, just hope the neck won't be so thin i find it hard to adjust.Also i really need the fret side dots though, i just hope they come with them.

Just checked on mine... white dot markers are set in to the black binding. If you end up missing the one you're going for I'll be putting mine up for sale in a couple of weeks!
