Hi all,

Just had another car bill roll in for £600 of your finest :) and this is on the 'new' car. Sigh.

So, I'm interested in a Trade+Cash for another Jazz, could be Squier Classic Vibe, Fender or Tokai for my Reggie  If I can't find the right trade deal then I'll do what I can to keep the bass, as I'd really rather not sell it - right at the moment this is for trade plus a decent wedge of cash my way only!

Sunburst, lovely condition and sounds just fantastic. Fender 18v active preamp and all the tone shaping, out and out balls and refinement you could want. Wonderful, wonderful bass with a rather special neck too.

Face to face meetup for the trade would be best for all concerned so both basses can be evaluated fairly, but I'll listen to suggestions otherwise if you're the opposite end of the country to me! I'm in Herts but could drive a small distance very possibly.

Cheers,
James

Hi Mike,

Any chance of pics and more details re cash adjustment etc? You're not that far from me so you'd be welcome to come and take a look if we got a deal agreed in principle.

What's the neck like on the Ibby?

Cheers,
James

Hey - here are some pics:

The case is like this:

I have just realised that I think I need to get the electronics serviced - as a I recall a year ago the active passive switch was only working in passive - an easy fix, I'm sure, but I always loved the sound of it passive (though the 3 band EQ is great) so never got it fixed!

What sort of cash adjustment do you think you'd like? If I were selling I'd be looking for £400 or so (with the electronics fixed, of course!).

Hi Mike,

Thanks for that - unfortunately through no fault of your bass (looks a peach) that really wouldn't leave me with enough of a cash adjustment to make much of an impact on my debts for the car, so I think we're probably not going to be able to trade on this.

Thanks!
