Just in case the detail gets missed in the pages of a long thread, I've posted a seperate thread to address the problem

Vote is currently underway to decide saturday or sunday

Vote will be held in first - second week April to decide venue. This will allow approx 5 - 6 weeks for people to arrange their own schedules once the venue and date is known.
