Al Krow Posted August 8, 2018 Posted August 8, 2018 (edited) Sean and I were let down by the Post Office managing to 'mis-lay' the two pedals I had bought off him. Real shame, not least as Sean had sold them to me for a very fair price! As soon as it became clear that the parcel looked like it had gone missing, Sean both offered (without me requesting) and subsequently refunded me the purchase price in full. Plenty of good communication in between too. I have no hesitation in recommending Sean as someone who has his fellow BC'ers best interests at heart in his dealings with them.
