dave_bass5 Posted March 18, 2010 Share Posted March 18, 2010 Ive asked tihs question before but never got a conclusive answer. It makes sense that it could be active but i ended up using the passive input on my Ashdown amp (at the time). My current amps dont have a choice, so i just keep an eye on the input level, and i dont run the receiver flat out. It seems to work. As Banki says, just go with what sounds right.
