hillbilly deluxe Posted March 17, 2010 Posted March 17, 2010 This.Italia Modulus Tipo 3.It plays well enough, but it sounded very weak, then one of the lipstick pickups died (it had 4) My wife bought me it for my first T.V appearance.I tried to get some assistance from Italia/JHS,and Trevor Wilkinson, but they all just passed me arround,so,i whacked in a cheap pickup and it sounds MUCH better.Just need to get a scratch plate made. OutToPlayJazz Posted March 17, 2010 Posted March 17, 2010 Luckily all the basses & double basses I own are very nice, but there is one lurking around that I rebuilt a while ago... At first you see a white Precision with a bit of "mojo" to it... Then you look at the headstock... AAARRRGGGH!!! Quote
throwoff Posted March 17, 2010 Posted March 17, 2010 Any Pbass with a white pickup and white plate is cheap. I defy anyone to proove me wrong. Quote

EdwardHimself Posted March 23, 2010 Posted March 23, 2010 Here we go then: [attachment=45433:P1010694.JPG] I did a bit of a muck up of the paintjob to be honest. What i can't stand is that i just didn't buy a bass because it would have been a lot bloody better. Quote
lee4 Posted April 3, 2010 Posted April 3, 2010 Marlin Sidewinder,solid ply body,in red sparkle....... I was so young/stupid/lacking in taste! Quote

It looks okay in the photo but awful in real life. Quote
