Hi All,

The Intervals (Vocal+guitar, drums + me on bass) are supporting London band Mama's Gun at the O2 Academy, Newcastle upon tyne on Monday 29th March 2010.

We're a trio playing funk/rock originals and are REALLY looking forward to it. We'll be on about 8.00pm, and if you could make it along that would be great.

Cheers for reading this. If you do come, please make yourself known to me. I'll be the one looking relieved that it's over :)

These are great venues.. I wish I can play there at somepoint in the near future!

Best of luck mate.[/quote]

Hi Civictiger,

Chris, our lead singer/guitarist is a persistent so-and-so who pestered one of the 02 guys in London. Apparently you have to register an interest in a support slot, then if you're lucky they'll give you a call to see if you're interested.

Mama's Gun sound really good so it'll be a good gig I'm sure.

I'll be battling nerves to make sure I savour the occasion. Back in 2000 I played the Metro Radio Arena here in Newcastle to about 5,000 people as part of a millennium event. I've just about forgotten the day as I was bricking it as you can probably imagine!! :)
