Hi All,

The Intervals (Vocal+guitar, drums + me on bass) are supporting London band Mama's Gun at the O2 Academy, Newcastle upon tyne on Monday 29th March 2010.

We're a trio playing funk/rock originals and are REALLY looking forward to it. We'll be on about 8.00pm, and if you could make it along that would be great.

These are great venues.. I wish I can play there at somepoint in the near future!

Hi Civictiger,

Chris, our lead singer/guitarist is a persistent so-and-so who pestered one of the 02 guys in London. Apparently you have to register an interest in a support slot, then if you're lucky they'll give you a call to see if you're interested.

Mama's Gun sound really good so it'll be a good gig I'm sure.


I'll be battling nerves to make sure I savour the occasion. Back in 2000 I played the Metro Radio Arena here in Newcastle to about 5,000 people as part of a millennium event. I've just about forgotten the day as I was bricking it as you can probably imagine!!
