deathpanda
Did a search but nothing came up so I'm gonna make a thread about it. I apologise for another advice thread, but I would like some help choosing a gig bag for my bass. For the past year I have been carrying my bass around in my guitar bag, which is obviously too small so I've had to have a drawstring bag cover the headstock. I really could care less about the horrible aesthetics and the distress it causes when you look at it, but I think it's time I got something that protect the bass properly. My price range is £50 max and I want something that fits my Geddy Lee sig perfectly. I have searched and searched for them online, but to be honest I'm not really sure what's big enough and what isn't... Aesthetically, I don't really want any bright colours or crazy designs, just a simple, durable gig bag for my bass. Any suggestions would be appreciated, cheers. Doddy
I'll always recommend the iGig cases over anything else, but they are a bit more than £50.

Marvin
I've got a Kinsman Premium Bass Guitar Bag. Kinsman You have to scroll down a bit to the Premium cases. I got it from Gear4Music, and I think it was about £30 or £40. Guy in my LMS actually complimented me on how good a bag it was the other day. It's very good for the money.

Sarah5string
I've got one of these... http://www.dolphinmusic.co.uk/product/4351...foam-case-.html No complaints at all! In fact it's the best case I've had as it's also lightweight.

BassJase
The Tribal Planet gig bags are fantastic protection and have loads of space for books/leads/catapults/mushrooms/cat food/whatever, but they're not the lightest of all gig bags. Guess thats the trade off for the amount of protection they offer. You can get them for less than £50 though, I have one and its blinding.
