warwickhunt
It's wishful thinking even with the 'custom' options... isn't it? markytbass
I think it is when you look at other Music Man basses on ebay at the mo. There is a pre EB Ray for less. There is a nice looking natural Sterling at £745 with about 22 hrs to go.

kevbass
"I have therefore set a very fair price for a quick sale" The word Chancer springs to mind, surely he would know that anyone who was interested in buying a bass of this calibre would do there homework and see that its far too expensive and you can easily get a new EB sterling for that price if you shop around and haggle, it wont sell. Rich
The words "laugh", "having" and " he's a" spring to mind...
markytbass
As kevbass has pointed out you could get a new one for that price. I know the seller has paid extra for the colour, headstock and scratch plate but should that really be reflected in the 2nd hand price?. I bought a 2nd hand Stingray in vintage sunburst and that wasn't priced any differently to the others in the shop. "This is a one of a kind bass" are you sure?. kevbass
It will prob be one of those basses that hangs around on the bay for a while remaining at a stupidly high price, like that fella who's trying to shift his japanese jazz for about £800 second hand
