First recording with Empire

It was the first time any of the other members had recorded and they were all fairly nervous. Despite me being the youngest by a fair margin I've recorded stuff before.

I think we got this track done in just under two hours including all the fiddling by the sound man in Logic 9 and adding stuff folk forgot about.

We're back there tonight and we'll hopefully have another two songs.

I like your name. I like the sound. I think the recording is really nice. It's amazing what your can do "yourself" these days, isn't it?

Is your frontman called Liam?

I've no idea if all of that comment is sarcastic or just.

But we didn't do it ourselves, we went to a small local studio.

Front man isn't called Liam, but I am.

Another two gone up now from tonight as well... It's worth noting thought that these are only rough versions. They've still to be properly mastered.

I really do think that the recording is nice. I was trying to make a joke that your frontman sounds like Liam Gallagher. No sarcasm

Yeah I got that bit. But I wasn't sure on the rest of it.
I know to msot people we sound very Oasis-ey and I absolutely hate Oasis, but to be honest when I listen to it and when I'm playing it doesn't sound anything like Oasis. That's to me anyway.
