keefman
Hi all, I have acquired 2 x GS212s due to the fact I love the sound and SPL I can get from them. Can anyone please suggest a matching power amp than can power the bad boys, both individually or as the pair? The cabs are both 600W at 4 ohm each. The options I've seen to date are: - Ashdown ABM 900 EVO3 - Genz Benz ShuttleMax 12.0 Any other suggestions welcome please!!! KG
Mr. Foxen
The Hartke LH1000 and the Ashdown Little Giant 1000 both will power a pair of 4 ohm cabs for their max output. 1000w into a pair of GS212s should sort pretty much everyone. Most PA power amps will also do that, stereo.

Flanker
The price is in the header and in the body of the post. I'd like £700.00 for it but for a quick deal you could have it for £670.00 posted - or £650 picked up in Milton Keynes. Nobody has bid so far so I think I could withdraw it from Ebay until that happens.
lozbass
Aguilar DB750 or DB751 - should pair beautifully with the GS cabs and will run down at 2ohms
yorick
If they ever bring out the 1000w version of the Orange Terror bass, you'll be sorted D'oh, just seen the run at 4ohms each bit, sorry. Edited March 30, 2010 by yorick
JTUK
If it were me I'd be looking at a 750 or 751. or ThunderfunkTF750A If you only ran one cab, then maybe AG500 Or possibly an SVT..depending on the sound you are after.
JTUK
Wild card would be SM900 assuming you need the 2 cabs and the power
tonyf
Most (if not all) of the EBS heads run down to 2 Ohms. My HD350 runs at 2 when I connect my two 4 Ohm EBS cabs. I adore my HD350. It got a lovely punchy organic yet transparent tone. Such a great head. For a bit more power (and a valve in the preamp), I'd suggest the TD650 (or TD660 I think the newer model is).
