fatback
Hi all, planning on a big upgrade in a month or so. I'll probably be playing fretted and fretless electric, or electric and DB (if I get brave enough). So maybe thinking ahead and gettign a two channel amp would save a lot of hassle. Looking at 500W into 4ohms. I'm aware of LMK. EA Doubler seems a bit underpowered at 350W. I don't know anything about Aguilar AG500. What else is out there that might fit the bill and be available 2nd hand? Ideally, if I do end up with a DB, parametric EQ would be a plus to pin down feedback, but they don't seem too common. Thanks for your thoughts

Alas, won't have the cash for a month or so.
gillento
My vote goes to the MarkBass LMK. The programmable TC RH450 might be your ticket as well.

I owned an LMK and you're right, no sweepable mids - just low mid and hi mid shelving. Good amp though. Cheers Gareth
lozbass
Epifani ul502 - sweepable mids on one channel - very nice even tone (and super quiet and fairly light)
