nottswarwick
Ok, i am a long time Markbass user, but am now gigging more on guitar, and occasionally on bass on "dep" gigs. So, I need some guitar bits, and have a very nice MArkbass rig sitting under-used. I have another thread about this being maybe fs/ft. Littlemark2, Korg DTR1 tuner, and STd 104HF cab. It strikes me that I only really need a decent combo now, and could do with raising a bit of cash by swapping. My query is really that I am not sure what to look at. It cannot be too dear, since I reckon in total my MB gear is worth £900 ish (?), and I would like some cash out of the move, other wise I might as well not bother changing. I am pretty sure I might have thought of/heard of most options, but I throw it to the forum to have a quick "brainstorm" please. £500, reliable, quality product. If I could find a MB 102 combo at that price i would have it, but they rarely come up. New or used. Head and cab also considered. Fairly powerful. nottswarwick
narrowing down to : Roland D210 combo Ashdown Evo 500 210 combo Hartke Hydrive 5210 Any thoughts? Are these inferior to my MB rig?
chris_b
I'd trade the 410 for a 210 and keep the rest. Then you can just add another 210 if the bass playing picks up.
nottswarwick
yeah i had thought of that as an option too. they don't come up that often, and when they do, the 2*10 are not that much less £ than a 4*10, but worth a thought. Gonna do some pics of the stuff and do a proper thread later Edited March 31, 2010 by nottswarwick
