Evening all,

Anyone ever used Phosphor Bronze strings on regular electric bass as opposed to acoustic?

Im stuck for a depping gig tomorrow night (String order didnt come through) set I have lying around that are not dead as a door nail are Phosphor Bronze.

I dont see any issues with it at all and will probably do it but im just wondering if anyone has done it and noticed anything wierd/good?

Cheers

Just a thought.[/quote]
That's what I was thinking, although it doesn't stop acoustic guitarists using them with their soundhole pups.

Bolleaux !! No matter what you do to it a bass is musical whereas no matter what you do to a banjo.............
