This is in prestine as new condition and has only been used a couple of times. Here is some info on the Valve: Cryogenically treated EH 12AX7 valves. The valves have been subjected to subzero temperatures for several days and then slowly elevated to room temp by a microprocessor controlled system. The treatment has been carried out by the worlds leading Cryogenic specialist lab. Tubes subjected to Cryo treatment undergo a molecular structural change within all the inner metal components which is known to relieve internal stresses and produce a more tactile, smooth and more rugged material. Great tubes made even better with the Cryo treatment. WHAT ABOUT THE TONE? These valves produce a very detailed tone with clear and emphasised highs yet somehow they seem able to produce that wonderful valvey fat tone. Even better tone than the normal tubes following the Cryo treatment.
