What bass amp is best to buy?

hI. I'm considering buying a professional bass amplifier, as until now i play on a guitar amp.
What brand would you suggest me buying?

On this amount of info, go for something like an Orange Bass Terror head and a cab of your choice? Not too much money but it has numerous fans.

What are the prices of the amps in your local music shop? I guess you have Markbass in Cyprus? That would be my choice.

SO many to choose from that are great depending on your situation - type of music; budget; convenience. I'm currently really digging the TC Electronics RH450 head with two Beg 1x12's. But I still love my Mark Bass and Eden Heads. And I would love to hae an old SVT but cannot face the weight anymore! Aguilar are great heads, and Orange, Mesa Boogie, and, and.......there is a lot of pro gear out there.

I've settled on a RH450, does everything from home practice to a full band

Gigged it again on saturday with a rock band, and I am very satisfied and want for no other amp anymore

But it all depends on your budget and needs

But id say for rock to pop this amp head is the biz, portable to, which is nice
