I have used this bow only four times (once with the RPO) and although its great with a lovely balance and reponse, I simply now have too many. It is called Claude Marchard and sold exclusively by Thomas Martin (luthier and ex LSO bass principal). A lovely bit of pernambuco with silver mountings, this bow is modelled on the old H.R. Pfretchners.

Tom Martin is currently selling these new for £1000, but I'll take £700 for mine. I'm based in SE London but would be happy to post (to the UK only).

Nothing is quite as confusing as a nice bow. The thought process is as follows - "It is a stick with hair on it. It seems very expensive. Why is everything 400% easier with it?"
