Ishibashi is a great shop. I've heard so many great stories about ordering from there and have one of my own. The blog, though, doesn't do anything for me.

Blogspot - why are sending their traffic to blogger? From an SEO point of view that's dumb. They should self-host their blog on their own domain.

I remember visiting Tokyo about 6 years ago when I had just started playing bass. I saw this guitar shop, walked inside, thought "Damn, they've just got boring Fenders and Fender knockoffs" and left. Having just seen those photos and looking back, I think that shop might have been Ishibashi

I'd love to visit Tokyo again now though.

What's the point when to all intents and purposes Ishibashi have stopped selling to international customers except via their very limited eBay store?

Ishibashi is a normal family name in Japan.
That blog doesn't mention music of the store so I imagine it's just a personal blog by someone called Ishibashi...
