tredders
That does look really nice, doesn't it? Not much money either... £259 at GAK. Would make a nice cheap gigging bass.
ezbass
Pino on the cheap. The 60s CV that I played was really nice, these basses definitely punch above their weight and now they're avaiable in a (IMO) much better colour scheme.
OutToPlayJazz
I'm sure there's another thread on this very bass in this very colour I played one of these the other day & it pounded a Mex Classic 50's Precision into the ground in terms of output & playability. They are very very good.

warwickhunt
Not sure I've seen the Fiesta red ones as cheap as £259, the blue ones at GAK for that price... £279 @ Soundslive is the cheapest I can find
Jean-Luc Pickguard
If I needed another precision I'd be all over one of these. The fiesta red looks great.
£259
A pound less than I paid Rockbottom for my MIA 'QEII anchor' cherryburst precision - bought new in 1982 when the MIJ Squier JVs (with fender logo) were £150. faceman
Just picked up one of these babies from The Gallery in return for my SUB, just not the found I was looking for! Does anyone have any suggestions for flats to put on this baby? Was thinking either TIs or the La Bella Jamerson ones but I know nothing about flats. Also might go for bridge and pickup covers, best place for these? eBay? thanks!

The Jamersons are mahoosive (the E is 110) and can knacker a bass neck as well as your fingers! Or as Beedster would say, they are a man's strings
faceman
Jesus, 110 that's a big E! I'll probably grab a pair of the Chromes as I've had good experience with the EXL rounds. I'll probably do a mini review and some pictures when I've had a chance to play it through my rig up north! So far. Looks very sexy. Neck is very fit. All good so far
warwickhunt
Yes, be aware those Jamerson's are not only 110's but being flats they have a lot more mass to them and they are like ship's hawsers!
