Prime_BASS Posted April 6, 2010 Posted April 6, 2010 Pictures, location, quality, what kind of difference do the pups have, are the originals still available? Reason for trade?

buff Posted April 8, 2010 Author Posted April 8, 2010 Will post up pic's later, sound wise it gives it a bit more of a wider sound. Still got the original pick up's, and it has no dent's etc.
pandathe3 Posted April 8, 2010 Posted April 8, 2010 I had a VM with passive EMGs. After about a month of gigging and getting toomuch fat low/lowmids sound i put the ducans back in they are killer pickups and suit the VM jazz very very nicely. if you sell the bass with the EMGs in and still have the Ducans going i'll have them off you
Anthony Joseph Wiaczek III Posted April 8, 2010 Posted April 8, 2010 As new Thunderbird IV with hardcase?
buff Posted April 8, 2010 Author Posted April 8, 2010 Not really into thunderbird's, will wait until i can try a jet king out in my local shop. so the VM could be up for sale with the original pick up's, unless one comes up on here.
buff Posted April 23, 2010 Author Posted April 23, 2010 (edited) This bass is up for sale (if the deal ive struck doesnt happen this weekend) Edited April 23, 2010 by buff
Raslee Posted April 23, 2010 Posted April 23, 2010 Where did you get the Tort pick guard? I'm after one of them for my VM Squire
buff Posted April 23, 2010 Author Posted April 23, 2010 Rasta, i cant remember. I think someone else put a link up to someone who sold ones to fit VM's. Now sold.
