aj5string
Is there any way of putting 2 basses into 1 amp? A box or something i can use? I've got a new student starting, and just thougt it might be cheaper than getting a 2nd practice amp? It would only be very low volume etc. Alex. ped
An ABY box will do the trick. Cheap, too.
ergon
you could get a head phone splitter for like £1 dunno what effect this would have on your amp but i doubt it would do much damage headphone splitter

obbm
If it's for tuition then a mixer is the way to go. That way you can adjust the individual level of each bass to suit whatever the student brings.
