I think Pete A is right, an encore or Kay(?)...... looks bit rubbish really, so dont go "mad for it" I'd say.

Being an incorrigible cynic (an "incorrigible" is like a hot air balloon, only you can't correct it) I can't help but notice that listing it this way effectively wipes out your consumer rights on the bass ...

It doesn't say it 'sounds like a bass'. Theres possibly some wiring/pickup problems, which they cunningly haven't mentioned. And of course, you can't complain and take it back to them, because you only purchased a gig bag.
