Mr. Foxen
Picked up on ebay because I've always fancied a telebass, I found that the neck is not as chunky as the original, bit more modern. It does have a lovely birdseye maple neck though. I've [s]put a Dimazio Will power in the neck and[/s] strung it with groundwounds, so it feels like flats but still has a little definition (not much, still is a neck bucker bass). Its pretty light, and has really nice bookmatched ash facings. Basically, not planning on doing anything that thumpy at the moment, so its the most spare bass, and I have incomings. £150, come try it in Bristol. Mr. Foxen
Grabbed some as losing the light: Forgot about this, I put a hardwood shim under the neck to give the strings some clearance over the pickup: The birdseye:
Raggy
Looks good with that Will power in. But I think I might go for a 5'r my next bass. Have a BUMP on me.
Mr. Foxen
Thinking of sticking a piezo bridge on this for some more options, but some income is also appealing.
Mr. Foxen
[s]Have the original pickup for this, will knock £25 off if you want it with that instead of the Will Power.[/s] To avoid confusion, the Will power is out, original replaced and as is, is now priced at £150. neepheid
£150 for one of these? Someone just buy it! I would, but I've already spent my circa £200 this month
Mr. Foxen
Eying the pickup in this for something else, definitely be pleased if someone wants to take it with the original pickup replaced.
Mr. Foxen
Put the original pickup back in, so now priced to reflect that. Looks even more like a bargain now.

Mr. Foxen
The new look, some scratches from the Will power, either polish out or blend with the plate as it gets used.
Mr. Foxen
No one feeling the low note urge. I have a 1x18 in a W-horn enclosure that is kinda spare that would pair up with this real nice.
