Ba55me15ter
Does anybody make what I want? All my gigs are PA-supported, so all I need is a monitor. I'm a great believer in having a cab on the floor close to you actually pointing at your head, as opposed to a conventional cab blowing air past your ankles / arse. I also like relatively uncoloured cabs which give me a reasonable reflection of what's going out FOH. At the moment I'm using a JBL Eon 15 PA cab powered by a Mark Bass SA450, and this actually does a very good job. However, it would be nice to have something a little more compact and perhaps a bit lighter. Does anybody know of a full-range 12" neo cab in wedge format? lozbass
You could try an EBS neo - the cabinet has a 'sprung lever' to enable tilt back - take a look at: http://www.ebs.bass.se/2007/neo112.htm I use an Epifani ul112 for monitoring (I find it to be an excellent cabinet) - I prefer to have it raised (to around waist height) rather than wedge something under it to facilitate tilt. Dragonlord
Well, FWIW Glockenklang makes a 210 neo wedge that weighs 33 lbs (15 kg).
Dragonlord
BTW, can't you find someone who will build you what you want? It's a small cab, so maybe even Low Down Sound in the US could make you and ship you one, the shipping costs shouldn't be that much.

Telebass
When wanting an ext cab for my CMD121H MArkbass combo, I ordered up the same B&C driver that was in the combo, then fitted it (not without some difficulty...) into the empty shell of a Behringer BX1200 bass combo. It does just fine, and weighs 20lbs tops.
