New Short scale player

Hi basschatters, i've been a ghost around here for a while so its about time I joined.

I've been playing for about 6 months, learnt at first on my mates Fender Jazz but found the headstock too heavy and my hands too achey after playing. I now have a Cort Action Jr. as a beginner bass i'm loving it.

My internet access is somewhat limited at the moment but as soon as things are sorted I should be a regular voice. I'm loving the bass customisation and DIY effects threads, tho I may be pestering for tips round the technique forum rather alot.
