Telebass Posted April 19, 2010 Posted April 19, 2010 (edited) Another vote for " Not on your Bleedin' Nelly..." And, indeed, not on anyone else's, either. Edited April 19, 2010 by Telebass Quote
51m0n Posted April 19, 2010 Posted April 19, 2010 Hmmm, the correct response is the Charlton Heston answer.... Quote
jim_at Posted April 20, 2010 Posted April 20, 2010 I've seen many unsigned / new bands over the years, and trust me, covering the stage with backdrops and banners and logo branding looks absolutely crap and won't win you any respect. As mentioned before a bass drum skin is all you need, as long as the graphic/logo/font is nice that is! Backdrops are ok, but as long as it fits in with the size of venue you're doing. don't drape things over risers/PA speakers/ various stands! If people like your music they will find out what your band name is and begin to follow you, the organic way Quote
waynepunkdude Posted April 20, 2010 Posted April 20, 2010 I'd give him 3 reasons: 1. It's my stuff if you think you're printing anything on it you can pay for it (the gear). 2. It looks sh*t. 3. I'm not in this band any more. Quote

Les Posted April 21, 2010 Posted April 21, 2010 No, I wouldn't do it. +1 on the backdrop though [attachment=47913:snakesbackdrop.jpg] Quote
the_skezz Posted April 21, 2010 Posted April 21, 2010 Agreed with many people here, it looks pretty naff to have all the cabs altered with the logo on. Just a backdrop would do. Quote
