gaps ?

would anyone happen to know what the gap between the strings and the pickups should be on a 34inch 4 string P bass ?

i dont know if its a universal size or changes between makes/modles

its a antonio star bass with the 2 offset rectangle 4 pot pick ups

From the Fender Owners Manual: measurements in inches.

Vintage style pickups (think '62 Precision) - bass side 8/64" (1/8"), treble side 6/64" (3/16")
American/Mexican Standards - bass side 6/64" (3/16"), treble side 5/64"
