Just watched and enjoyed this as well, (can't stop thinking about oxtail soup now), also watched Talk Talk live in Montreux which was on before it and also involved some fine bass playing .

Seen this morning as well.
The Who were the first band I was made about and went to some of those mid 70's to 80's gigs. Good memories.

It's been on quite a bit over the last couple of days, as well as Classic Albums: Who's Next - a veritable feast for Who fans such as myself!

Who's Next was indeed a fantastic album.

Unfortunately I don't have Sky.

Were they planing on digging him up for the shows or was he just involved in the planning stage ?

Dam! I got rid of Sky at xmas. As my old mum said when they rang to try and get her to get hers switched back on. "You see plenty of cheap offers for new subscribers. But those that have stayed with you for years get nothing but price increases." Even the Sky dude had to admit she had a pont!

Slightly off topic here, but that Talk Talk - Live at Montreux show was absolutely immense.

Fantastically underrated band with an extremely underrated bassist
