Ive seen them go anywhere between 250-550 (Ebay and Here) depending on condition and current demand

Wish they wouldn't describe them as having Travis Bean necks - they are totally different. Gary Kramer designed his own entirely different ally necks, a T-bar shape with wood inserts. </pedant>
