Thats odd, I was going to say Dancing on The Volcano, also by Genesis and I think also in 13. Could be wrong though.

You are correct sir.
btw, the theme music to "The Bill" (old one any way) was in 12/8 and a Phycologist friend of mine said, that was why it was hard to whistle/hum ..I see what she means come to think of it!
(I think they did eventually change it to 4/4 before bining it alltogether)

Many moons ago I played double bass for the premiere of a Colin Touchin piece which alternated between a bar of 13/8 and a bar of 5/8 all the way through.

I recently did a week of the musical, "Chess" and that one changes all the time. One particular part cycles through 5/8, 3/8, 7/8 & 6/8, changing every bar. Keeps you on your toes! :)

One of the most interesting ones is "America" from West Side Story. It's marked at the beginning of the piece 6/8:3/4, meaning that the whole piece consists of one bar of 6/8 followed by one bar of 3/4 over and over again.

If she was trying to whistle that theme in 12/8 and finding it hard,
Could be possibly due to the fact that it's in 7/4.. :)

...kind of...

In the grand scheme of things, most of Meshuggah's stuff is in 4/4 (just listen to the drums and vocals). It's just that the riff lengths aren't whole number of beats, so you get those lovely polyrhythmic loops. From the horse's mouth (via Wikipedia):
[Mårten] Hagström notes about the polyrhythms, "We’ve never really been into the odd time signatures we get accused of using. Everything we do is based around a 4/4 core. It’s just that we arrange parts differently around that center to make it seem like something else is going on."
