derrenleepoole
Welcome to BC... If you're covering Nirvana type stuff, then perhaps a solid bodied instrument would suit your needs better. Have a scout around the sale section of the forum, there's always plenty of bargains to be had and everyone is super friendly and helpful. I for one, am selling a cheap as chips Shine Violin Bass for £65! But, it might not be what you need. Give us a shout if it is Enjoy BC...
Chris2202
Hi, Thanks for your post.. I myself am more suited to a more 'gentler' style of music, so anything semi/ Electro acoustic would be perfect! I have been learning the bassline to 'teen spirit' for a few days now as its quite simple but tbh its not my favourite style of music.. I would Rather cover the Likes of Free, The Who and The Stranglers etc if you know what i mean Cheers, Chris..
alanbass1
Welcome aboard - a solid bass is pretty much the way to go for indie/rock
