Squier VM Jazz pickguard

Does the Squier Vintage Modified Jaz Bass use the standard 10 hole pattern of the fender pickguard? Im looking to replace mine and dont want to buy the wrong one :S Cheers

can you not get this info from the squier/Fender websites? They do parts lists/diagrams in pdf format.

for instance go here. [url="http://www.fender.com/uk/products/search.php?partno=0190302821"]Fender american vintage deluxe[/url]
and click the parts list on the lower left of the page then pick whichever you want. Basses are about half way down the page

Did you manage to get your pick guard? I have a Squier VMJ and would like to change the pick guard also.
