Peterson VS-R

Hello chaps,

I'm planning in buying the Peterson VS-R rack tuner and just wanted to know if anyone on here uses one and what's your experience of it? I think that I'm scared of the transition from your typical needle type tuner to strobe.

Any opinions?

When i tech'd for a friend i used the Peterson 490r and 590r tuners. These are the analogue ones as opposed to the virtual ones. They take a while to get used to, but they are the mutts for accuracy. Although i know alot of players have a peterson in the rack for pre-gig and setups, but a korg on the pedal board for speed in-between songs.

The best. Expensive but worth it... Never had a problem with mine...
