bootros
Following on from this thread http://basschat.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=85583 I'm reconnecting with some of my old bass gear. Lurking in the garage under a dust sheet (bin bag) is this fella: I seem to remember these causing all sorts of arguments when new mainly due to the cab design. I bought this in the early 90s if memory serves me correctly. Is there a market for roadworn/relic'ed amps? If not there should be.
Pkomor
Nice sounding amps those! I know a few people who use them!
Musicman20
I have one of these. Might not have been this exact spec but I have a 1x10 Trace Combo with that design port.
Wil
My first proper amp was a BLX 130. It still belongs to a mate of mine. Had a nice enough tone, not huge amount of volume though. Never quite saw the point of a heavy, 130 watt amp - louder than needed for practicing and too quiet to compete with a drummer, although I suppose it would do well in an acoustic based band. Agree about the weight, it's a real back breaker.

I got a great price trading it in. It was VERY heavy for a 1x10...and it struggled with volume. I jumped up a GP12400SMX after that, and wow was that loud! (And heavy).
