warwickhunt Posted May 9, 2010 Posted May 9, 2010 Bought a bass that has these SD pups retro-fitted into it and I want to return it to the original spec with EMGs (possibly MEC's). I'm looking to sell or swap these, so if you have an EMG or 'possibly' MEC P pup and want rid or fancy trying a SD instead, give me a shout, otherwise £50 per pup (£95 for the pair).
warwickhunt Posted May 9, 2010 Author Posted May 9, 2010 On reflection/research I'll reduce these to £45 per pup or £80 the pair!

I'll do a search on TB as I know they've been discussed over there but it'll not be till later.
stevie Posted July 20, 2010 Posted July 20, 2010 (edited) The alter the pickup's resonant peak. They don't make a huge amount of difference. These are great pickups. I used to have one until I got a bass with a separate active circuit. Loud and punchy but still close to a vintage tone. Also works without a battery in an emergency. Edited July 20, 2010 by stevie
